At Miranda Medicine, we’re here to help you navigate your immigration medical exam with clear guidance and personal care. As a designated civil surgeon, Dr. Miranda performs USCIS exams and can complete form I-693. Our team is there to answer any questions about your visit or paperwork, we're fluent in English and Spanish.

Please bring a government-issued photo ID and any available vaccination records. During your visit, we’ll review your records, discuss vaccination requirements, and draw blood in our office for testing through Quest Labs. Once your paperwork is complete, you’ll receive a signed, sealed copy for USCIS and a separate copy for your records.

• Immigration exam - $275
• Quest lab fees are billed separately: Quantiferon (TB test) - $65; RPR (syphilis test) - $11.
• Appointments: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am–7pm, with most available within one week.
• Completed paperwork typically takes 7–10 days.
